What age is good enough to rehome!

I have a amazing black drake muscovy who is 9-10 weeks old. He is fairly independent and very spunky, he allows me and some other people in my family to pet him on the back. But I have 2 drakes out the 3 ducklings I originally got. And we are keeping the other because he is even friendlier. Would he be old enough for me to start posting about rehoming him or should I wait longer. I guess if anyone is also interested in him I am located in MA, his name is bill, but you can change it because he doesn't really respond to it.
