What are you baking now?

I had gotten the recipe off this thread for a moist banana bread, calling for 5 eggs, 2 pks. of pudding........... and boy was it one of the best banana breads I have tasted! Forgive me for not remembering the PO, but thank you! I made 5 mini loaves out of the recipe, sent one home with my daughter and this morning, my 4 yr old grandson calls me and thanks me for the wonderful bread and says that we should be eating it everyday because it taste so good, his favorite! He asked me if he could come by after preschool today to make lots of it for everybody to have some. Precious!

I'm so totally NOT a dessert person but last night I just wanted to make some cream puffs. I didn't even eat one just wanted to make some. Yes, I'm a strange bird. So brought them in for my co-workers to enjoy.

They are so easy and don't take much time to make.

I love cream puffs! Haven't made them in ages though.

Today I made Red Velvet cupcakes with cream cheese frosting and Rice Krispie Treats for a Halloween potluck at DH's work.

Thank you! I almost felt like they were cheating they are so easy compared to most desserts but they do shape easily into anything you like. The mummy cupcakes are a little messy because of the custard filling but they won't mind.

I like baking hotdishes this time of year.

The other night I made my families favorite, Tater tot Hotdish.

Recipe-

1 1/2 lbs og ground beef (chicken, pork or turkey would work too if you prefer)
1 can of cream of mushroom roasted garlic soup
1 can of cream of celery
2 cans of green beans (frozen or fresh would also work)
1 can of mushrooms or 1 package of fresh mushrooms
minced garlic and cut up onion to brown with the beef
a dash of worchestershire sauce
a dash of soy sauce
1 regular size bag of tater tots

Brown beef, onion, and garlic and drain the fat
Add all canned goods and sauces and stir well
Put in a casserole dish or use one of the disposable lazagna pans (fits more in there)
Place tater tots on top and bake at 375 for about 30 minutes or until the tots are golden brown. Kids LOVE it!
