What are you baking now?

I have tried red, green, yellow and orange peppers with the same result, just varying degrees of stomache upset. If I get really hungry for peppers, I will use the red as they cause the least upset (but I do taste tehm for three days afterwards).

oh that is too bad as you seem to love them

Wow, it's been quite awhile since anyone posted on this thread. If anyone would prefer that I not post in it anymore, just say so and I won't bump it after this post....I won't be offended, I'll just make my own thread if I bake anything.

Anyway, I made chocolate chip scones yesterday, they are quite good.

Without glaze

With glaze....the glaze makes these even better...I used milk instead of water though.

I made really yummy bite size cheesecakes topped with whip cream, blueberries, slivered almonds, and lemon zest for a fund raiser at work. They are so easy and crazy good. They look professionally made and really couldn't be easier.

Made a loaf of Annadam bread. Easy to make, alittle sweet with some cornmeal.
Toast beautifully. sorry no pics.

Hi,
After you posted I searched for Annadam bread and was surprised that most recipes used very little corn meal compared to the amount of flour called for in the recipe.

What recipe did you use? I plan to use blue cornmeal.
