Made organic pumpkin spice loaves...sub'd 99% of the oil with natural apple sauce. Changed from 14 grams of fat to 2 grams! Wow! Can't even tell

I'm in a baking mood so this weekend I'm baking some of the gump bread but I'm going to stuff one with Keilbasa and cheddar and do the other one in cinnamon rolls. My friends and neighbors are gonna love me...!!
