What are you baking now?

I am baking pecan spritz cookies for new year's day. I serve them with warm apricot preserves/jam. That is, if I have enough left to serve...
 
I have the baking bug! I've got two loaves of date challah rising, 2 loaves of whole wheat proofing, just finished eating the last of the popovers I made and I went for a walk and picked all the lillipillis (Australian bush berries) in the neighbourhood and made lillipilli syrup for pancakes! It's fleurescent pink.

I want to make another thing but I think I'm exploding my KitchenAid.
 
Today I am so wound up with ideas and worries and all those things that drive me nutz... I am going bake and try to lay low for the day.

Anyone have a coffee cake recipe they can swear is the best? I would love for you to share it... that's what I'm in the mood to make

Does anyone have a recipe for a no-knead bread dough that you make and store in the refrigerator until you're ready to bake? I am going to start making keifer milk and want to incorporate it into a bread with all those good probiotics. I've been trying to get the "Artisan Bread in 5 minutes a day" as a used book but no luck yet. Can someone help me out until I can find an affordable copy of the book?
 
featherbaby, I have that cookbook - it's ....... okay. I make the infamous GUMP bread and store it in the fridge, pulling out chunks as I need them for quickie pizza dough, cinnamon rolls or whatever. I've had a batch in the fridge for over a week and had it still come out great. It's not exactly 'no knead', but it's pretty close.
 
Vanilla Candy Coated Orange Cranberry Biscotti... its KILLER!

(I mean really, too much could lead to a heart attack.)
