What are you canning now?

Am I the only one who has a huge problem with eating food made in other people's kitchens (that I don't know)? Sometimes even that I do know? I just can't bring myself to do it. It's bad enough at restaurants where they're inspected monthly.... me crazy...

I am so happy! A local deli placed an order with me for my jams and flipped when I brought them. Decorated them up nice and she LOVED them

Have been too busy to keep up here - but real quick made about 24 1/2 pints of Hot Pepper Mustard this past weekend. Did one batch with Serrano's and used about 25 of them since I didn't have Hot Banana and the other batch with 10 Habaneros. We liked the Habanero better and I plan to make more for gift giving. Hopefully I can get work under control and get back on line and see what everyone is up to.

30- 1/2 pints of quince today interestingly enough today's batch was red compared to the batch I made about 2 weeks ago that was yellow. Similar flavor but different color. Quince for both batches were picked from same bush.
