Please tell me that google is wrong and those blenders really aren't $500 !!!!!!!

We got ours at Costco it was 375.00. I thought that was a pretty good price considering Vitamix's website offers the reconditioned one for the same price as the new one at Costco. We made smoothies this morning, I can't wait for canning season for jams and such.

, really needs one of those!!! It would save so much time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you were canning pizza sauce, you wouldn't have to boil/peel the tomatoes, right? And rasberry jelly... no more straining out the seeds, right?

Great. BYC just cost me about $400 because now I just have to have one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm off to scout craigslist and ebay...

Just saw a Vitamix sell today at an auction for $10... Thought about buying it, it was still new in the box, but I really don't have the space for it. Also at the same auction I bought 5 dozen quart mason jars, 4 gallon jars, and a box of misc kitchen utensils all for $7...
