I just did it...came out a little soft, but very tasty with a gravy dinner...
also recomment dehydrating it...
also....one of my favorite things to do with a coleslaw mix eg shredded cabage and carrots...
is use it for chow mein...makes the best cow mein...

I was given several large cabbages....any suggestions on what to do with them? I thought about making some sour krout but need to know what els I can do with this much cabbage. I don't have a pressure canner but do have a water bath one.

Make some chow-chow with cabbage.
