The recipe I used called for fresh raspberries, but said that frozen could be used if they were thawed and all the juices were added... but they seemed really juicy to me and I think that threw it off. I may have added 1/2 cup more pear than I should have too, but it was in chunks and I didnt see how that would make it NOT set. But my pectin also was over a year old, just one I found in the back of the baking drawer and wanted to use up. Its really yummy, we are using it as ice cream topping
I will use these tips and try again, its such an easy recipe I dont feel like its a waste to try a few times
