I needed to keep water from running off the run onto deck in front of coop door. I cut panels out of PVC equal to low places in tin. Attached to a L shape wooden mount and mounted that to a pvc stand. Used a dryer vent elbow, plastic coffee can and corrugated pipe. All I had on hand.

I made a poop hammock using feed sacks and stiff wire then hooked them under the roost. Keeps floor of coop from having to be cleaned so much. Most of it rolls down to lowest spot in hammock and I use hand broom to sweep out hammock. My coop and roost is small so I only use one feed sack. But it works great.

These are updated feeders. Pigeons were having a party and eating all the feed. Hubs added the hwc collars...they create a slot for the chickens necks but it's narrow enough to keep most pigeons from finding a way to feed. Those that have are becoming weary with effort from having to constantly flap wings while trying to eat.

Bonus, I don't constantly hear a pigeon orgy out there and food consumption is greatly reduced.

The flat lids are for 5 gallon buckets and do a good job of deflecting rain. The caps are to put on at night to keep rats out of them.

What is the black netting behind the feeder?
