Was told I have sapphire gems, barred rock, and a welsummer... I’m pretty sure I don’t have any barred rocks. And one of the chickens looks to be a cockerel! I don’t mind I will keep the roo. Just need help with the breeds :)

Pics 4 and 5 are Cuckoo Marans, and 6 and 7 are Lavender Orpingtons, I think.
I think you're onto something with the Marans—the first pullet is almost certainly a black or black copper Marans, and the second one is Cuckoo something, though it is odd that there would be one Marans with feathered feet, and one without. They're considered Marans both ways, of course, but usually if a farm breeds one colour of Marans to French standard (feathered feet) they do it with all of their Marans.

You're wrong on the Lavender Orps, though. Lavender has a head the same colour as the rest of its body, and is overall a flat, uniform pearl grey colour. Those guys have darker heads, and varied shades over their bodies, so they are blue. They could be blue Orps, but I think it's likely they're Sapphire gems, as advertised, since Sapphire gems are a common sexlink.

Pics 1-3 I'm thinking maybe BCM? I'm not sure though.
Pics 4-5 is a cuckoo marans. Looks like a pullet for now.
Pics 6-8 look like either sapphire splash or sapphire gem.
The last one does look like a welsummer.
