I thought that too, but they do that the wild-type pattern and the lightness may be an affect of the photo.

I really don't believe so. Rose Comb Leghorns are very uncommon too and are only typically carried by Murray McMurray to my knowledge
and they don't supply to TSC Here are beard/muff evidence

Perhaps then they are Green Queens or Starlight Green Eggers.
