Wow! I posted a close up on the previous page. They act nothing like boys.... we do have 1 roo and his behavior and theirs is totally opposite. They are acting like hens 100%.

The coloration on the darker red one does look cockerel-ish but I think they could still be pullets. I thought initially they could be splash laced red Wyandottes but they have single combs, so I think they are something other than that.

I've found that alpha roos usually get all of the privileges, ladies, food, crowing, everything. Less dominant roos usually crow very rarely.
