What Breed is This Bantam Rooster??

This is Tinkerman! My daughter raised him from a chick! He was originally Tinkerbell until he grew into a rooster haha. We are not sure what breed he is. What do you guys think he is? He is so pretty and one of our favorites.Thanks

Japanese bantams don't have feathered legs, and this bird is mille fleur in color, not buff

My guess is that he is a mix.

No such thing as a D'Uccle without a beard and muff.

Thanks! That is one I was thinking he might be. He is still very young and just getting feathered out. Maybe the beard and muffs will still come along.
