What breed is this bantam?

She has the smallest little wings, and today the ends are kinda curling up.

    #2- same age and bin.

    2nd is a Porcelain d'Uccle

    Second may be a hatchery quality frizzled Cochin (lacking leg feathering for some reason)

    RIR bantam chicks look just like that. A RIR is much more likely than a Cochin with clean legs. And its possible for any breed to be frizzled. I've even had frizzles pop at random in me Swedish Flower Hens even.
