What breed is this bantam?

I have to agree with Gray Farms on this one. Just look at the picture Ideal uses to represent their RIR bantams:

Identical to baby #1. :)

Time will tell.

Baby #2 is a male porcelain d'Uccle.

And last I checked, no hatchery is selling frizzled RIR bantams.
Sorry, I meant #1. Honest mistake.

Certainly not, but hatcheries sometimes turn out oddities.....as most of us have found. Clean-legged Cochin may also be an option here, but we won't know more until later on. Just stating the resemblance, that's all.

Some hatcheries also sell "frizzles" as a breed, which they aren't in the U.S.A. This could be that.
 
#2 has sprouted a very bright comb and cool tail feathers.

The little silver fellow could be a porcelain d"uccles, but could also be a porcelain booted bantam. At this age, a d'uccles should be showing at least hints of muffs and a beard - and it's hard to tell from our angle.
Hard to say.
