What breed is this bantam?

#1- 3.5 weeks old, from the “assorted bantams” bin. She has the smallest little wings, and today the ends are kinda curling up.

#2- same age and bin.

The second one looks like a porcelain d'uccle.

Second may be a hatchery quality frizzled Cochin (lacking leg feathering for some reason)

RIR don't look like that, or come in frizzled.

RIR don't look like that, or come in frizzled.

RIR bantam chicks look just like that. A RIR is much more likely than a Cochin with clean legs. And its possible for any breed to be frizzled. I've even had frizzles pop at random in me Swedish Flower Hens even.
