That looks like a blue laced red Wyandotte to me but I suspect the photo has been taken with a special lens or photoshopped in some way to enhance the colour. That luminous blue is not natural in my opinion.

Yep, that's a photoshopped blue laced wyandotte. Google the breed and you'll see the real deal. sorry, that blue is fake.
