What breed is this guy?

I’ve got an assortment of chickens from different hatcheries (all supposed to be female), and this rooster (I assume…hasn’t crowed yet) has been developing nicely. He (?) is about 3.5 months old. I have no idea what breed he is. We don’t have any other hens or roosters that look anything like him. Any ideas what breed he is…? Hi is super sweet and the ladies are liking him.

That actually makes a lot more sense with the yellow legs, white earlobes, comb type, etc.

He’s not blue breasted brown or any other pure variety of leghorn. There are many leghorn cross Easter eggers sold by hatcheries who look similar to him.
