Definitely not a brahma. Brahma should have a pea comb and feathered feet, this bird has a single comb and no leg feathering. Maybe a splash Andalusian?

Andalusians have white skin and earlobes. He's a mixed breed. If from a hatchery perhaps a Sapphire Splash
