Neither are RIRs. The first looks like a chantecler, he has a walnut/cushion comb. The second one appears to be a New Hampshire red.

I absolutely agree. The first bird doesn't even look red in my opinion. On a side note, as someone who has raised Rose Comb RIRs, it is definitely not one, they are very hard to acquire and look very different from the bird pictured. I know this thread is a few weeks old, but I included pics of my RC RIR rooster for future reference.
