That's just a normal chicken chick, that is missing a lot of its down. It's not a pea chick-peas don't have combs. It's not a turkey poult because it doesn't have a little snod, and turkeys don't have combs. And it's not a guinea keet because keets don't have combs. The comb is the key folks. It's a chick with less down than it should have. Either from genetics or from incubation issues. But it is still a chick.

Looks like a little peachick to me. Legs would look different if it was a turkey and the head doesn't look right for a guinea keet.
