What can I do to help my young silkie pullet?

My young silkie pullet has been acting strange lately and is very thin despite having a full crop. Also, she hasn’t been getting any larger over the past few weeks even though she should still be growing. Could she possibly have cocci? If so what do I treat her with. Here are some pics of her.

Watch for blood in the poop. (And de-worm her will not do any harm otherwise)
