What can I learn from this outcome??? Pics - One ODD CHICK!

You are giving me much too much credit, I appreciate that of course. I acquired my starter flock from the UOC club president, that is how I got lucky. I would not consider myself the best breeder of anything, as I'm still learning & just starting out. I've only even HAD chickens just over a year, I have not forgotten where I started, or when.

I appreciate your vote of confidence & support, thank you.

off topic a little... I made one of Steve's girls a chicken saddle so they could get reacquainted without worry of injuring her. A couple more weeks and some eggs will be on their way to you I hope.

Now Dawn, when Tiger Woods entered the PGA, he kicked butt right off the bat. And US yearlings have to have each others back. You as well as me, have been blessed with a GREAT friend in Don. But, it still takes time and dedication to get what you have. I continue to plow forward, like yourself. We don't just settle. We use the best to make better and better birds. What ever variety & what ever it takes.
I like your saddle idea. I am getting ready to pull the Roo's off my girls for the winter. Too many feathers gettin pulled. But, IF I had a few saddles I can see let them go a little longer.
No hurry on eggs. you take your time and take care of yourself first. And make sure you get a few dozen back into the bator for you sweety. When you are ready, I am FOR SURE READY.
I really like you, and your babies. You are doing it right. And we can't do it alone. MORE POWER TO UOC and those they help with our birds.
