What could be wrong?

My 4 year old hen has lost a lot of weight, she's been walking weird too like if she's about to fall. I notice that when she puts her head down it starts going up. She's been pooping also white or sometimes with green stuff. She does eat a little when I give her food but not a lot. Please help. What could I give her or what should I do?

Over the counter medication isn't available anymore so you can't really treat things anymore without a veterinarian, they should be able to diagnosis what's wrong with her too. There are so many reasons for a chicken to act unwell.

Yes, she'll need a vet. She might have worms. Especially if she has lost weight, is her poop watery or clear?

It's white watery

It's white watery

The white is the urine, the dark is the poop, so I would guess it means she isn't eating, but is drinking.
