What did you do in the garden today?

Do you have the recipe, or a link? I'm finding tons of "end of garden" pickling recipes, but none with cinnamon and ginger, which sounds good to me.
It intrigued me too, so that one reason I decided to make it.

For 5 pints-recipe below. Note that I generously doubled all measurements of veg, but only for 8 pints…maybe I stuffed my jars really full, but I had plenty of pickling solution. I also only cooked it for 10 min before taking it off the heat to put into jars.

3C sliced zucchini. (1/4”)
3C green beans (1”)
1.5 C sliced peeled carrots
2C onions (pearl or regular)
2 green peppers (1/2” slices)
1 red bell pepper (1/2” slices)
3C cider vinegar
1C lightly packed brown sugar
1 C granulated sugar
2Tbsp dry mustard
2Tbsp mustard seeds
4.5 tsp canning salt
1tsp ground cinnamon
1tsp ground ginger

Pickle crisp -add 1/8 tsp per pint jar

Prep jars, lids.

In large pot, combine all (except vegetables) - boil over med-high heat to dissolve sugar. Add veg to liquid, return to boil, cook for 15 min, until veg heated through and slightly tender.

Pack jars, add pickle crisp (if using), add lids, and process for 15 min.

Can you post a picture of one?
Can also have green stripes or a slight mix of the two
