It's a modified recipe from a cookbook, but everyone loves it.

24 oz bag frozen egg noodles
3 6oz cans of tuna
1 10.75 oz can cream of mushroom
1 10.75oz can cream of celery
1 1/2 cups milk
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp crushed garlic
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp old bay seasoning ( I hand measure all spices)
a few dashes of cumin
2 8oz bags sharp cheddar cheese (DH likes it cheesy)
1 small can French fried onions

Boil noodles in pot of salted water. Drain.
Mix tuna, soups, milk, and spices in medium saucepan over low heat. Once warmed, add 1 bag of cheese and stir until melted.
Pour tuna mixture over noodles and mix. Pour into sprayed 9x13 dish.
Top with 1/2 of remaining bag of cheese, then top with french fried onions. Put rest of cheese on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes
