Yeppers if you dont want to buy an LG fan you can use a PC fan out of an old computer that's what i did.

I have one and I never have trouble with fluctuations and my room is forever changing temps. I do however keep a CLOSE eye on it to make sure. I made a mistake of adjusting it once and it spiked to 110! Totally my fault, but I still had a great hatch.

The turner is great, couldn't live without it! I also took some fish tank tubing and ran it down through a vent hole, through the wire on the edge, and into the wells so that I do NOT have to open the incubator. Works awesome.
