What do you believe to be the most popular bird for...?

I've been trying to figure out the most popular birds for specific things. I am going to try to obtain some of the top producers as young birds and end up selling them.

Out of chickens, ducks, turkeys, guineas, geese, & pheasants what type (and include the breed. Breed is the most important) you think would be the most popular bird for....


Egg Production?

Meat?

Fly Tying?

Show?

& a combo of Egg and Meat production?

That may depend on region. Last show I went to, the OEGBs far outnumbered the silkies.
