My mom got a new, more permanent, greenhouse this year. We are putting her old hoop house up in my backyard. Hopefully BEFORE it freezes. Plan to put a dirt bath in for the chickens and a rocking chair for me!

We try to make the best of it. A lot of hiking, there's nothing nicer then being on top of a mountain and the only tracks in the snow you see are yours. A hot wood stove, chicken soup, homemade bread, cheese and to wash it all down, ice cold wine after wards. I prefer winter then the heat of summer, but neither beats the spring and fall. My wife, she enjoys a good quilt during the summer months tho....
