What do you do when you have too many eggs?

My mom makes homemade Egg Noodles. They taste great in homemade chicken soup! We also make pickled, deviled, and boil them. I have a rescue dog we are having trouble putting weight on and he gets a few eggs everyday. My mom also wants to try to make Keish, I have no idea what it is but she says its good.
