what do you do with your bacon grease?

Once in a while I will fry the eggs in the grease, but feel extremely guilty about it. not that I'm healthy nut, mostly I toss it.

It tastes so good and most people if they are active and not overweight shouldn't have a problem.

I like to gently warm it until it's not too hot too the touch and then take some and, oh wait, wrong forum, sorry.

I fry eggs in it, and I love homemade hash browns cooked in bacon grease. Sometimes I'll start out a soup with bacon grease, instead of sauteeing the veggies in olive oil before adding the liquids I'll cook them up in bacon grease.

Rub it on kids to encourage the dog to play with them.
