What do you think of the new BYC platform?

How do you do that? How do you get an ad blocker? I am on Firefox 8.0

Click My Profile, then click edit acct details, then scroll all the way to the bottom and there is a box you can check to remove ads.

Yes, I did that. A "Platinum" benefit.... However, I am not going to renew Platinum and want to know how to get ads shut off without Platinum.

For FireFox you want the AdBlock Plus add-on.

How do you make a poll? Shouldn't I be able to do that?

And when I'm writing in this box and I try to right click it to copy it, the only option is PASTE... same as when I right click a spelling error.

I have just one problem, all of the pics that people post in the forum are just showing as little boxes with colored shapes in them. I switched my browser to google chrome as suggested but what is up with this and how do I fix it....I NEED to see the chic pix pls!

As much as I hate to complain after all the hard work Nifty and others put in to the new BYC, I am really missing the old BYC.

Like others have mentioned, I REALLY do not like the "Currently Viewing" box.
The new BYC is much slower for me than the old BYC.
The new BYC seems to be not near as user-friendly as the old BYC. It seems very cluttered and complicated.


However, I am excited about being able to do polls and have unlimited PM and picture storage space!!!

I use Google Chrome and run Adblock Plus. It is a free app with Chrome.

I ran Firefox for sometime till I went to Google Chrome.
