This was my ducks first winter and I worried how they would handle the cold... turns out its no issue at all!

Since that last storm, we've been chilly here in Maine, and Duck Landing has frozen over on a couple mornings! They asked and we delivered:

Do you break holes in the ice for your ducks in the winter?

The small print on that cup with the caduceus on it says in small print "inmate Arkam institute for the criminally insane"


As I always suspected.....

Do you break holes in the ice for your ducks in the winter?

My ducks seem to break their own holes... however, yesterday afternoon I removed the layer of ice that was covering their pool and filled the water to the brim and they jumped right in! The cold really doesn't deter them at all.
