no, it’s actually snowing here now. It just turned really cold. I️ had a chicken do this a while ago, I did the same thing, bath and kept her separated, put her back in the coop, now she just seems “dumb”. It’s been about 3 weeks.I doubt those are worms you're seeing....
.....most worms are invisible to the naked eye.
Is it really hot where you are?
They drink a lot of water and it goes right thru them to shed heat from body.
Good visual references for all kinds of poops,
just do not jump to any terrible conclusions too quickly:

Possible.Looks like a roundworm to me.
Thank you for everything! I have given her a few epsom salt baths, medicated feed, corid in their water and now she is fine! PHEW!!!I have actually seen a round worm in my chickens poop. It was dead and probably inch or so, long! Took in a fecal sample in to be checked, and yup, all the girls had them. Thankfully, the load was very small.
You should have a fecal float test done. It is the only way to exclude worms as a cause of abnormal feces.
Here is a pic borrowed from the 'Chicken Chick' website. She has a very good site with info on poop and other subjects.
Here is the link, maybe you can match up your sample.
