My dream dogs - well trained, and living the off-lead life. I've never had an issue with them around the chickens. Both are trained to chase cats from the yard when they hear the chickens sound the intruder alarm.

My mom got bitten by one of our neighbor's mini Aussies a couple years ago, and I'm still wary of their yard. They're backyard breeders and are pretty irresponsible. They don't socialize their dogs at all and keep them in cages in the backyard...
