Pit/Lab/Beagle

The trifecta
Idk about owning a full beagle but beagle mixes are always the goodest babies.

I still have all my grooming equipment. I sometimes miss grooming, and wouldn't mind occasionally doing one again. If not a poodle than maybe a Shih tzu

I actually have a Shih Tzu and funnily enough she's flat coated, she's supposed to be full blooded but I suspect a 1/4 of something else makes her a non-grooming dog besides getting a bath every couple weeks and a little tail and ear combing.

I am also very lazy (plus mildly arthritic) and I don't do too many crazy activities with my dogs besides playing with their toys indoors every couple of hours, and yet the only breeds I really care for are the high energy ones. High energy, intelligence, and prey drive just translates into a more fun and interactive dog in my experience, the lazy ones are nice and all but super boring. I'd eventually like to have a basset hound and maybe a giant breed of some sort to cuddle on the couch, but 90% of my dogs will be of the high strung variety. Luckily they wear each other out and seem content to play chill games with me all day long.
