Definitely spazzy and honestly just doesn't listen...to anything. You can't correct him, can barely train him, he's just insane. It's like he's a 6 month old puppy that never grows up.

He also still chews up everything, steals things off tables etc. My parents won't correct him much either so it's just yeah. He's kind of a nightmare to me and constantly bothers willow

I've got a perma-puppy too, not for lack of training though. He's the best dog ever and he really does want to listen, he just has the worst impulse control, insane pretty drive, and LOTS of energy. He picks up on training quickly but only when there's zero distractions, add literally any type of animal or food to his environment and he's got zero ability to hold himself back. Doesn't help that he's a big dog, if he were little his problems wouldn't be worth mentioning but he's built like a Mack truck.
For some reason if his environment is completely new and kinda scary he's great, he looks to me for everything in public spaces which gives the illusion that I'm a good dog trainer
