What feed should I give my chickens?

I have 1 rooster and 3 hens about 2 years old. They aren't laying since its it's getting colder in FL. What should I be feeding them instead of layer or do I stick with layer?

I think most people use an ‘all flock’ feed and provide oyster shell in the side for any hen that needs extra calcium.
Feeding layer feed a few times won’t be dangerous - but long term the rooster could get damage to his kidneys from too much calcium.

All flock, chick feed, and duck feed all work well.
