What gender are my two chicks?

I have three 12 week old Sapphire Gems. One of them is for sure a pullet. But these two have me going back and forth. Can I get some opinions? The first two pictures is one and the last two is the other.

Pullets. Sapphire gems are sex links so the males would be barred

Sapphire gems are sex-linked. Cockerels would be barred.

That aside, their combs and wattles are quite small and still rather pale. I believe the one in the second photo is just a bit flushed. A cockerel at this age would have significantly larger comb and wattles. He'd also have male specific feathering.

Because they show no male specific feathering or early comb development, and @Overo Mare is psychic.
