What happens if I incubated all my eggs small point up?

Well its day 19 and I just read that I had them in the auto egg turner upside down or small point up. Newbie! I though it was the other way around.

So I candled and I have about 14 alive 5 were bad (I am sure I am to blame)

What do you think?
Will they live?????

They should live, they might be confused and some might pip the wrong end.

I would take them out of the turner and lay them on there sides in the bator and up the hum !!!

What is your hum at ???

Agree with SW..put them in the bator on their sides. Hopefully the chicks will find their way out. I think you'll probably be ok.. Good luck!

Thanks, yea I have them on there side added more water and opened the air vents this morning. Humidity is reading 65 but I don’t think it is right. I am going to give it tell tonight. If it doesn’t go up I am going to add a sponge.

65% is fine for the last few days. I wouldn't take it any higher.

Your chicks should be fine.. However after they hatch, you might find them walking on the ceiling like a fly..LOL

I would not blame yourself for the ones that did not hatch..they probably would not have hatched any how.. all eggs are not created equal..

I have had eggs hatch pointy side up and still in the turner..
they still came out the large end..

Dang...I'm so sorry. Were they shipped eggs? If so, take heart...sometimes even under the BEST conditions, shipped eggs won't make it through.
