I spent an evening reading this thread and it has been a fantastic journey so far. Thank you for sharing OG’s story with us and very happy to hear she is on her way to recovery.
After seeing the adorable sweater post I couldn’t help but comment and also suggest perhaps matching sweaters for OG and New2duckydoodles?
When my DH and I were dating we went on a walk through a park and a bunch of OBESE ducks started following us, quacking ominously. It was kinda scary until I got the idea to start humming ride of the Valkyrie, then it was hilarious.I TOTALLY want matching sweaters. With 6 ducklings inbound, I’m thinking I can get sweaters for all of ‘em. It’d be like a family photo LOL
ALSO - wanted to share with you all this YouTube video I found. I figure you ducksters, like myself, can relate to this and I might add that I TOTALLY wish this to be me in maybe 4-5 months.
A duck army

Omg I could envision it as you said it: you were leading a pack and charging in!
Poor ducks, why you gotta call them obese though?
Maybe try delightfully fluffy or exceptionally feathered?
I mean... unless they looked like a cooked ham with two toothpicks sticking out![]()
No, they were F.A.T. Some of them were almost dragging on the ground they were so fat. This was a well traveled playground/park and it looked like the ducks got fed more than was good for them.Maybe they were just big feathered (boned)![]()
