What in the world is wrong with this Guinea? (video)

I found this guinea like this last night when I went out to feed. It can walk, but stays crouched. I brought it inside and put in a dog crate. This morning it was able to eat, but I can't imagine what's going on. An injury? It seems like if it were a disease or toxin, there would be more than this one affected. There are 30 guineas in that house! All the rest seem just fine.

One of my guineas had a very similar incident. I put her in a dog crate as well. I fed her a game feed and electrolytes every day for about a week and a half. She slowly regained her strength and is now perfectly fine.

Can they get wry neck like chickens? That's what it reminds me of. I forget the treatment- vitamins, I think. Do a search for vidoes or threads and let us know what you think.
