What is one food that your chickens just will NOT eat?

Well, that's no surprise...

my babies are just 3 wks old, and they seem to love tomatoes, grapes, lettuce, yellow squash, cooked carrots, spaghetti noodles,
cooked potatoes so far. Also they have had their chances at grasshoppers, crickets and a small skank courtesty of my hubby.
The only thing at this point they haven't cared for is bell peppers. They have had a chance at both red and green at 2 different times, and they just sit in the brooder. They were not too crazy about bananas, and I removed them before they had too much of a chance to try them out, so unsure if they would have finished them or not.
I am trying to give them some fresh veggies/fruit everyday but not enough to cause them to not eat their feed.

With my birds, it's carrots. Don't know why but of some 40+ birds not a single one of them will touch carrots. It was funny last week when my mom had left over soup and gave it to me and told me to give it to my chickens. It was fully of carrots, potatoes, green beans, etc, and I brought it outside and poured it on the grass near the coop. Well they all came running for it, and they tore into it. When they finally stepped back my grass was littered with carrots, tons of them. Not a single bird touched the carrots! And if you hold food out to them, they will grab it and devour it, but hold out a carrot and they eyeball it, and then eyeball you like you're playing with them and hiding the real food. Does anyone else have birds that have a food they just will NOT eat?
Lettuce and carrots. My birds will not eat lettuce and carrots at all. They eat everything else they can get their beaks on, even if it means stealing sandwich's when their free ranging, or jumping up several feet to get the blueberries off our bushes
