What is one thing you want to do before you die?

I want to visit at least one zoo in every state. I only have ten states done so far

Standing on the edge and looking out over it felt like stepping into a huge illustrated geography book. So pretty it hardly seemed real. We got a lot of different views, as well. We rented bikes with a pull behind for our two little kids and traveled along it for quite a ways and then took a jeep tour that evening to see more of it. The jeep tour stopped at a lookout tower where we could climb up and get a breathtaking view. It was all just stunning.
We also saw a couple of elk bulls while we were there. They were huge.

I've hiked the Grand Canyon. Pictures don't do it justice

What we’d like to do:

“ adopt” a nice young adult who wants to live on a little farm, help us become self-sufficient with gardening and then inherit this home we have built.

Space, the final frontier. I can die happy if I get there, even if only for a few minutes.

The bucket list is long and full of photography related things, but that's the top.

Have you ever seen the movie "Contact"?

Yes. Caveat. I've been obsessed with space my entire life. I've seenpretty much all the space movies. I have a steamer trunk full of space things dating back to Apollo that was a gift from my Godfather when he died. The clip in ID4 where Will Smith's character goes into space and he's like "I've been waiting for this my whole life" Yeah. THAT level of obsessed.
