What is the weird snack or meal that you eat?

I remember the spinach with potatoes and fried eggs! My Oma (grandma) made it for me all the time, along with liver and onons... on different days of course!

its cheap. Growing up on the farm we had all the stuff right there. We also ate Brotsuppe ( engl. Breadsoup) which is pretty much hot milk with some salt in it and stale sour dough bread chunks thrown in.

My mom used to make this stuff called sock it to me. It was spaghetti noodles with cabbage and soy sauce. I loved it as a kid but when I made it a few years ago I was like "

". She always drank Borsht (sp). Never liked that either.

When I was younger I would eat Hot Fries with Twix and sweet baby pickles. A bite of each and chew it all up together. Delicious.

I also used to eat pork brains and eggs. Didn't know what it was. Grandma put it on the plate and all us grandkids ate it up. Never did ask what it was.

I now like to eat spaghetti noodles with ketchup and cajun seasoning. Or Cup of Noodles with scrambled eggs mixed in. Sounds nasty but it is actually great. Just drink the juice out of the noodles and then add scrambled eggs.

We have always put peanut butter on pancakes.

It's the best. I won't even make pancakes if we're out of peanut butter which is rare. My dad got me started on it. He would spoon out a glob and plop it on his plate and take a bit in his fork then pick up a piece of pancake. I figured just smear it all over the top and save a step.
I prefer peanut butter toast instead of butter or jam on my bread.
My MIL loves spinich with an egg mixed up in it as it cooks. Looks absolutely gross but she'll smack her lips and go mmm mmmm mmm while she eats it. It don't give it that much of a taste to me but she likes it.
