Yup--harmless unless whoever you're feeding it to sees it first,I'd say a meat spot. Sometimes the lining of the reproductive tract sheds and gets caught up in the egg making process. Won't hurt you, doesn't hurt the chicken. I just pick it out.

Did you notice though it appeared they were doing a colonoscopy on the chicken for some of the footage?As if it's not bad enough they have to go through the egg laying process daily!!
