What is this on a chicks vent?

I was clearing some pasty butt off one of my rainbow rangers and found something that looks like a cold sore underneath. Any ideas on what it might be and/or how to get rid of it??

Clean the area really good with something really soft, like a cottonball, and warm water, then slather on an ointment...neosporin or even vaseline...keep a close eye on it

Put 1 TBLSP ACV (apple cider vinegar) to one gallon of water and the little thing should start feeling better soon...good luck to you!
