What is this?!

Found this in the coop this morning down in a pile of pooh. Didn't smell, looks and feels like boiled chicken, is hollow on the inside and full of liquid.

Do an onsite search on 'lash egg'. I believe that is what you found.

I agree. That looks like a lash egg, which is a product of inflammation and infection in the oviduct called salpingitis. Here is some reading about that:
