Please need help ! Am panicking! 6 week old silkie has been having on and off bouts of constipation for about the past week. Started with pasty butt at week 3. Been keeping it clean daily. Constipation stated at week 4. I'd get him recovered for a few days after butt soaks, prep h, nutridrench, coconut oil, antibiotic cream on the vent, fermented feed, molasses ect, you name it I did it. Poop looked normal when he was going. His vent was swollen for a good week on and off. But not prolapsed. He'd recover for a few days then get stopped up again. Did have some white liquid leak out on and off.
This morning was using a q tip to help push and get some of the poop out when he was trying to go and this pooped out along with a few drops of really liquid blood. Bleeding stopped almost immediately afterwards. (End with some poop on it was the end that came out of the chicken first ). I cut into it and it was solid and felt like rubber. Not stringy at all. No smell. Inside has like ridges ? I don't think this is part of his intestian as there was no prolapse or anything when this slid out. What is this ? What causes this ?

I'm trying to do everything I can to help the little guy.
No way this can be coccidiosis I don't think. He was hatched, egg was sanitized before going into bator. He's never been on the ground nor eated grass or bugs or dirt yet. And I make sure to wash hands and practice good hygiene before handling them. I don't have any friends that have chickens thay I visit either. So I think we can rule out coccidiosis? He's on non medicated chick starter. Eating and drinking normally.

Please any input would be appreciated!

What have you been feeding this chick? Table scraps? Is the chick getting grit?

How is the weight compared to the others? Lighter? He may be dehydrated which could add to the constipation problem.

He's getting chick starter and fermented chick starter. Yes he has chick grit. He weights 3oz. The others weigh 5.

To me it looks like Cecal Core.

I agree with getting him hydrated, I'd also consider treating with Corid.
I've been watching him drink well. I had thought about treating with corid but if I treat 1 I have to treat them all right ? And if for what ever reason this could be a vitamin issue (doubtfully but maybe ) , blocking his vitamin b , and the others vitamin b absorption could harm them if they don't need it right ?

I would start the Corid asap because I agree that looks like cheesy cecal core, which can be passed during cecal coccidiosis. Corid won’t hurt the others. Dosage is 2 tsp of the liquid or 1.5 tsp of the powder per gallon of water for 5-7 days. Also give the chick a couple of drops of the undiluted Corid right into its beak once a day. That is a boost dose. Scroll down this link and below for pictures of cecal core:
